Terms and Conditions
This agreement contains the entire understanding between Alpha Kal and the Client. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the two parties. “Client” affirms that he/she is at least 18 years or older. Upon your signature, Alpha Kal will reserve the time and date agreed upon and will NOT make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, the reservation deposit of 50% of the total fee is NON-REFUNDABLE even if the date is changed or the event is canceled for any reason, such as acts of Gods, fire, strike and/or extreme weather or any other reasons.
The reservation deposit is to be paid at the time of signing the contract. The client understands and agrees that the remaining amount owed for the event is due two week before the event or note letter than three days before the event day. The client will receive final service product video/photos within 6 - 10 weeks. After receiving the video or photo, the client will get one review. If the client has two or more requests for a review, then they will be asked to provide additional payments. Per client permission, the work will be used as a portfolio in our social media platform.
PAYMENT TERMS:
The day must be reserved with a 50% down payment.
One to two weeks before to the event, 100% of the balance must be paid.
